When the lymphatic system is working efficiently, it is impossible for tuberculosis or cancer to develop. As regards cancer, the proper functioning of the liver is essential too. That is why special attention should be given to both the lymph and the liver. Long before tuberculosis can be diagnosed, careful observation will disclose the presence of painful lymph nodes when pressure is applied to them. These early symptoms are often observable years beforehand and call for our special attention if trouble is to be avoided later. In order to keep the lymph in good condition, we must receive sufficient oxygen and sunlight. Dark apartments, facing away from the sun, are veritable breeding grounds for ТВ bacteria and should be shunned when choosing a place to live.
