LYMPHOADENOMA – CAPILLARY SYSTEM

Looking After our Capillary System Few people may know that the capillary network of the human body consists of 100 million metres (over 62,000 miles) of blood vessels.,This would be two and a half times the circumference of the earth if all the tiny hair-like vessels were put together in one long line. This calculation made by scientists clearly illustrates one of the many wondrous things the Creator put in our bodies. But it is not enough to be familiar with the structure of these tiny vessels; it is equally important to know and understand their functions in the body. The exchange of metabolic waste material, the passing on of carbon dioxide to the venous blood system, and many other functions known and unknown to us, take place in the capillaries.
