ADVICES: HOW IMPROVE ERECTION

Reduce the Stress in Your Life

Alhough more than 80 percent of all ED can be traced to physical causes, there are still some psychological causes to contend with and stress is at the top of the list. Some stress is undeniably good. It’s the nonstop, unstinting kind that is perilous to overall well-being. And it has been proven to bring on ED.

Get Enough Sleep

Our bodies need sufficient sleep, and this need allows for little, if any, tampering on our part. If you try to deprive yourself of sleep, you will pay a steep price: an impaired ability to have an erection.

Primarily, humans need sleep in order to rejuvenate mentally. Without enough rest, the mind suffers and shows it. Fatigue, difficulty concetrating, forgetfulness, agitation, irritability, and poor decisionmaking skills are all symptoms. Miss too much sleep and the unpleasant list continues, with dramatic mood shifts, listlessness, and depression. All of these factors have a negative impact on the capability to sustain an erection.

Raise Your HDL Levels (the potency aspect of cholesterol no one ever told you about)

Cholesterol is a white, waxy, fatlike substance present in every tissue of the body. Manufactured by the liver from fats, proteins, and carbohydrates, there are two types of cholesterol: low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) ). The high-density variety carries less cholesterol and, as it circulates through the bloodstream, picks up additional cholesterol and takes it back to the liver for excretion. LDL, on the other hand, distributes its load into the blood system and is often referred to as the “bad” cholesterol.

According to the latest research, total cholesterol levels in the bloodstream don’t seem to affect potency—but the individual HDL levels play a powerful role in ED. Men with HDL levels in the high range —greater than 75 mg/dl—rarely have ED. The hope is that men with low HDL levels—less than 35 mg/dl—can raise their levels naturally-through diet, exercise, and smoking cessation and subsequently reduce their risk of ED.
